Goa’l is a muscular,  female angel who lives in  heaven who has adopted a baby dinosaur that grows fast.   She and her dinosaur travel to earth, through a vortex created a couple thousand years ago. That vortex acts like a bridge between heaven and earth.  Goa’l is a balancer of accounts. Goa’l has only one purpose in life  and that is to bring  back that which was stolen; to make restitution. She is assigned cases that require  severe consequences. Goa’l says  little,  has  no emotion and is totally focused on her mission.

The Chase Begins:  
        

Goa’l and the dinosaur hunt down the person who has caused the breach in nature / the one who disturbed the balance.  The battle is ridiculously short.  Human strength is a joke compared to that of an Angel.  As  Goa’l is about to strike with her sword, the breaker of the balance is thrust through  the vortex and is transformed to either A. Their Victim B. One of the Victim's Family Members or C. One a family member of the Breaker of Balance.  The fun begins!
